Standard Rebuild Procedure

• Completely tear down machine
• Castings inspected for excessive wear
• Castings cleaned and painted
• All parts inspected, worn parts repaired or replaced
• New bevel gears
• New 29KK gear and 25H worm
• New 25GA gear and 42DD worm
• New bearings
• New rolls and studs
• New oil lines and filter
• All slides ground, fitted, and returned to center height
• Rebuild clutches with new parts
• Back end rebuilt; new spools, 9L and 24L shafts, guide bushings, feed rings, feed plate, chucking shoes, pusher tubes, collet tube and nuts
• Stock reel and stand rebuilt including new silent tubes
• Carrier rebuilt; stem ground and toolslide rebushed and fitted, new seals, spindles rebuilt, new front and rear retainers, front and rear oil flingers, keys, spindle gears and nuts, class 3 spindle bearings
• Rebuild coolant pump
• New drill holders
• New splash guards and spindle covers
• Rebuild chip conveyor
• Electrical system will remain as is, cleaned and re-installed
• Electrical system may be rewired per your instructions, price upon requests
• Air system; filter, regulator/oiler and air lines will be replaced
• New bushings, roll, and studs in index gear
• Re-conditioned main toolslide
• Re-conditioned locking pic and blocks

Standard Reconditioning Procedure

• Machine tear down (not including castings)
• Casting inspected for excessive wear
• Casting cleaned and outside of machine painted only
• Parts replaced as necessary
• Bearings, bushings, rolls and studs replaced as necessary
• Lubrication system cleaned, lines replaced as necessary
• All slides squared, fitted, and flaked
• Back end reconditioned; new 9L & 24L, new rolls and studs, new bronze bushings, new chucking shoes, new feed plates, new feed ring.
• Stock reel and stand cleaned and painted
• Carrier rebuilt including; stem ground and tool slide rebored, spindles rebuilt, new front retainers, new front and rear oil flingers, new class 3 bearings
• Coolant pump re-used
• New drill holders
• Splash guards re-used
• Chip conveyor cleaned and painted
• Electrical system cleaned and re-used
• Air system re-used
