Flat Generators & Thread Milling Attachments

Our Attachments will machine threads and generate flats, squares, hexagons, septagons, octagons, decagons both at the front of the components furthest from the collet, and behind a shoulder adjacent to the collet.
They will machine slots, tangs, and apertures into the bores of valves and these features can be orientated to the thread milling and polygon generation.

These Attachments are suitable for use on all materials and can be built to suit most machines. The most widely used Attachment is mounted on the cross slide and drives from the main housing. It offers you the scope to manufacture components that call for flats or threads - even two threads at the same pass, which are not necessarily the same pitch or diameter.
